Ayurveda is the science of self-healing. Its aim is to restore health to the whole person, creating a sense of thriving physically, mentally, and spiritually. The high level of resilience that Ayurveda helps to attain creates a healthy foundation and generates ample vitality for us to use as we live into our highest purpose. This wellness tool teaches us that we are a microcosm of the universe, made up of the same elements and innate wisdom found in nature. It gives us the tools to balance the elements in the body so that we have optimal physical health. It teaches us how to balance the properties of the mind so we have optimal mental health. This physical and mental balance creates a luminous foundation from which to build your best life.

When you schedule an Ayurvedic consultation with me, you’ll provide information on your health concerns and you’ll answer some questions about your current lifestyle. You’ll submit this information before our meeting so that in person we can have more time to discuss the best behavioral and dietary modifications you can make to support you in improving your health. Our goal is to balance your digstive fire (agni) and build vitality (ojas).
