Well-being is an innate part of being human. Unfortunately, sometimes we feel disconnected from experiencing our inner well-being. That feeling of separation impacts our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health; our relationships; and our ability to share our gifts with the world.

When we do practices that increase our ability to experience well-being, we experience boundless benefits to our health, sense of social connection, and our ability to bring the best of ourselves forward.

  • Our self: When we feel a sense of well-being we naturally make choices that support balance and that put goodness into the world around us.

  • Our community: Our experience of well-being supports us in connecting with our family and friends from a place of compassion, and that has positive ripple effects well beyond our immediate social circles.

  • Our society: When we feel a sense of well-being we become more open to our innate gifts. We can then share those gifts with the world, shining our ray of light in a way that benefits the whole.

At Joyful Pause, our purpose is to spread well-being at home and at work. For teams, we offer bespoke leadership development trainings and retreats designed specifically for the needs of your staff. We also offer time-tested professional development trainings, group wellness instruction, and presence-based facilitation.

For individuals, we offer well-being coaching and educational experiences to help people build on their innate skills for managing stress, navigating change, and enjoying life. We do this using somatic awareness coaching, meditation and yoga instruction, and Ayurvedic counseling.
